1. Opening of the meeting (President)
Hakan opened the GCM 2010 at 9.15 a.m.

5. Work plans for 2010-2011 (Presidency members)

6. Auditors report on final audits for 2008 and 2009 (Auditors and treasurer)
Report Treasurer Björn Karlsson
Account 2005: more than € 35.000,
- 2009: nearly € 30.000,-.
We have to talk about to raise the member fees or the members!
Information: Congress – we will pay for two auditors; GCM we will pay for one auditor or ½ prices for both.

Auditor Christodoulos Christodoulou (See the attached Auditors report for the financial Year 2008 - 2009)
Decision: final accounts can be closed – adapted (100%)

Budget 2011:   Income:    Member fee € 28.193,-  € 31.518,- (should be)
                    Spending:                     € 29.800,-
                                                          € - 1.607,-

7. UEF Homepage matters (Secretary)
Report Secretary Herve Nemoz-Rajot (see the attached report)
The UEF Homepage is updated – please inform Herve about changes, etc.
This year we paid a lot for the Homepage, because we changed a lot.

8. UEF Congress 2013 and other coming meetings (President)
The presidency has decided, that the Congress 2013 will take place in Finland
The place of GCM 2011 is open – the presidency will inform the members as soon as possible; (August or September is the best month)

9. Miscellaneous
- Proposal for a responsible person for senior foresters (Vice President Stoicescu)
Decision: we leave it for further processing in the presidency – senior foresters can take part in all activities of UEF;

- UEF Position paper for the Green Paper
The President prepared the attached paper “European Commission - UEF Position on the green paper”.
For discussion we have time till last of July 2010.
All participants got this draft version in printed form. Please send comments in two weeks directly to Hakan Nystrand.

10. Concluding of the UEF Governing Council Meeting 2010 (President)
President Nystrand closed the GCM 2010 at 12.45 p.m.
