UEF attended the last Forest based Industries E-meeting from Brussels

Our UEF representative, Marten Gustafsson assitant secretary, in the FBI expert group in Brussels attended the last meeting at the end of June 2021, in a virtual way, due to the Corana virus sanitarian situation.

The meeting was an update on the ongoing subjects regarding F-BI expert group.

Quality of meeting was low, when the chair person had bad internet-connection.

So, the discussion was difficult due to technical problems, but some points had intensive and not yet completed discussions.

The time for this was not given this time.

A new meeting is planned to September and the new European Forest strategy for 2030 will be for sure a topic.
