Saturday, August 01 , 2015 5950
The International UEF Forestry Workcamp 2015 which was organized by SITLID, our Polish member, in cooperation with the Polish State Forests National Holding, took place from 17 to 31 July 2015 in Antonin, Poland.
On Friday 17 July, the participants in the Work Camp were welcomed by UEF Vice-president Tomasz Markiewicz and SITLiD officials in Antonin in the middle West of Poland.
The thirteen participants coming from Cameroon, Czech Republic, Canada, England, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Scotland (UK) and Sweden were very friendly and enthusiastic.
The really nice and eager to learn group received a lot of information about UEF and forestry in Europe and actively participated in all Workcamp activities.
We are really thankful to our Polish member SITLID for organizing, for the first time in Poland, this nice summer Forestry Workcamp.
